The Lord specifically instructed Meghan to contact the church and offer to create their site. There was no previous relationship.
She discovered that the church had been actively praying for a website since they did not have the funds necessary to hire a professional designer.
They were incredibly blessed that Meghan volunteered and knew it was an answer to prayer.
