My Dad, Stephen Otto (aka SteveSir), is a writer - although to date he keeps his work tucked away in pages and pages of journal entries that will one day make a fabulous book! In his spare time he takes great pleasure in harassing his baby, his brown-eyed daughter, ME!

My Mom, Joanne Otto (aka MaJo), is a linguistic expert. She has taught French, German, Latin, and English all at the high-school level, but currently she has been exploring teaching students one-on-one who are working on their reading and spelling capabilities via a phonics-based program she learned at the Columbia University in New York.

In her spare time, she loves to crop! Which (for those of you who aren't up on these things) is creating really beautiful scrapbook-style photo albums. Check out the Heritage album she did.
